QR Code On Printed Label

Hello,

The Last 4-5 labels I have printed on eBay have a QR code to the left of the shipping address (on the printed label). There is also a QR code under the shipping label on the bottom right. 

Can anyone tell me why this QR code is there. I also check that I am printing my label.

This is the wave of the future.  The QR code contains more information and more importantly includes error correction to recover a damaged or defaced label.
