Problem with starting a return

I'm trying to start a return for an item that has defects. I get to the info a photo page and when I click "Confirm Return" nothing happens. It just sits there.

Ebay having technical problems currently? Because my only other option is to open a dispute with Paypal and my bank.

Are you able to successfully add a photo? If not, try another browser to see if that works any better for you.

Oh yeah, the photos uploaded fine. But when I clicked the button nothing happened.

I'll tried that link. Chatted with customer service. They got it sorted for me. Thanks for your help!
