I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 which I received on October 31st. The Monday before Thanksgiving, the phone got extremely hot while on the charger for a couple of hours. The phone now will not charge, nor turn on.
The buyer insists I'm "too late" (I was out of town for the holiday and emailed them as soon as I got home (November 27th or before - I can't find all my emails).
I can find NO way to contact Ebay to file a complaint - do they have any sort of "email option"?
