Problem with Creating a Listing

Hi,  Does anyone else have this problem and a solution:

When I am creating a listing my screen will freeze or blink and at the bottom an address box pops up with;  Waiting for pulsar.ebay.com... or Waiting for backorder.ebay.com...   Then when looking at the listing I am working on I notice things I input are missing...The picture is gone, information,  description typed in, it's all gone.  Sometimes it's some of the items other times it's all.   

I have completely wiped my computer and started fresh with new windows, and all programs.  I have tried creating in Chrome incognito, I have used the Microsoft Edge browser, Google Chrome, and the Firefox browser.   It happens in all of them.  No matter what I do....And only on eBay...

Talking with Customer Service has been a waste of time.   Want to talk to a tech...Was told they don't have that capability.   So if anyone out there can help   PLEASE HELP

Do you have any common add-ons present in all those browsers?

In the past users have had problems with item descriptions disappearing that had to do with Duckduckgo plug-ins, Language Tool and Ad Block add-ons. There may be others that have yet to be identified.

If possible, try a newly installed popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed.

If you are using the Quick Listing Tool, try the New Listing Tool instead (or vice versa).

Try creating a new listing rather than using a template or "sell similar".
