I want to refund the buyer but I have not received the item and tracking shows that it was nearly here but then sent back to the buyers city. The buyer has the package and the label has been scribbled on. There is no clear reason why it was returned to them and USPS tracking only shows it is processing in their city but not returned to them. The buyer contacted ebay and they advised they contact me. I have no idea what to do. I really want the item back but do not want to pay for more shipping.
