Printing Labels on a Rollo or Thermal Printer

Is there any way to easily print shipping labels on a thermal printer like a rollo/beeprt (4x6 label)? I'm getting tired of having to take a screenshot, crop, save, and print. It's too much. Please anyone have any ideas or fixes?

Thanks!

Set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe, and not its built in reader/viewer.

Open your label printer’s Printer Preferences from the Control Panel and select the correct label size.

On the ebay shipping page, look to the lower left under Shipping Label Format and make sure the Printable Label box is selected and not the QR Code box.

Next at the upper right under Order Details scroll down and click on Show More. Then at the bottom click on “Change” and select PDF and below that the label size you are using.

Create a USPS label as usual and click print. It should open in an Adobe PDF print window.

Change the Target Printer at the top in the pull down menu, if needed.

Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels you may need to check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”.

Preview of the label should be properly shown in the format outline. Print your label.
