I received a mail for print the label for return damage item and I can't click to the print button . neither can get the qr code

Try clearing your browser's cache and try the link again.
Make sure browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
If the label is printing blank:
When the return label print window opens, do not use the PRINT button at the bottom of the page. Instead click on the ">>" at the upper right of the window and either use the Print or Save option there.
If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.

I'll try to tell you everything I did. I've been trying to print the return label for 4 days.

Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
This "see label" option does not appear because I have never been able to print the label.
When I click on the "Print Label" button, the page gives me the following error:
“We're working on it!
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with the desired label due to technical issues. If available, you can try selecting a different carrier or try again later. Otherwise, contact customer care to help troubleshoot.”

I spoke to eBay support for 40 minutes. First they told me that the problem was with the seller and then they told me that there was an error in the system but they couldn't do anything to fix it. This is part of the answers they gave me:
“We're still unable to step in at this time, this will need to be worked out between you and your seller.
I'm getting the same error on my side and I'm passing it along to IT but I really want to help you find some options in the meantime. We do still require the seller to send the label via other means if necessary.”
I have to return to my country in 2 days. I reported this to the eBay support assistant and this was their response.

I have presented you with other ideas, at the end of the day we cannot be responsible for your travel schedule.

the problem is not my travel schedule, it is that i cannot print a label to return a broken product
and ebay cannot find a solution in days
And we can absolutely assist you with this, we just cannot do it before you leave country, only your seller can do that.”
I quit, I've realized that eBay won't fix anything and the seller doesn't want to send a new label...that's all folks!!!
Finally, I must confess that it is my fault for not seeing the feedback from this seller. This seller has already sent broken products to other buyers.

Did you purchase on the USA ebay site?
Are you in the USA now?
Was it shipped and delivered in the USA?
Is the seller registered in the USA?
