Please Help

I recently received an item which was damaged when I received it. Since the seller did not respond, I filed a case & returned it. I added the Wrong tracking # to the case details & now there is no option to change it.

 

 Any ideas as to what I can do? Thank-you,(I sent the seller the correct one)
