I'm trying to pay a seller but ebay is saying I need an address and name on my card. It's an one vanilla prepaid visa card. It has $30 and the total is only $26.10. I tried to register it but I can not do so. This is my only way to pay for the item, does anyone know how I can do this? The seller already shipped the item and I got it. I want to pay him, but how do I get around this needing an address problem?
