I had ordered an engine oil cooler Mopar.  I paid 104 and some change.  I recieved a radiator cap!!  Sent in return and am waiting for refund.  Better yet, I  would like the part.  My boyfriend is really upset and I can't seem to find away to talk to a human.  Please, I need some help.

Personally, I feel it is always best to just get the full refund and buy the item somewhere else.

You won't have a second chance to file a claim if the seller sends the wrong part again.

You don't need to talk to a human.

If the seller does not cooperate or does not respond, go to your Return Request and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
