I have bought a controller and it’s defected seller wants me to return controller pay out of my pocket aftr I sent him proof it Doesn work I payed over 16.99 for it they want to give me 4$ back n still want ke to pay to return in order for me to get any refund I’m trying to open up a case to get my full refund but it’s not letting me they are trying to scam me outta my money I need help please

The seller pays return shipping and refunds you 100%.  Ask eBay to step in and help 4 business days after opening the case.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
