Outright app/program

I was hoping to get some feedback and info on the Outright app. Some of the reviews state there is no support or that they keep getting charged even after cancelling the service.  I also wanted to know if it really does help with preparing your taxes and maximizing your deductions. And finally I find it odd that they don't give you any information on how much it costs lol. Under the PRICING tab it just says "Monthly and Annual subscriptions available" but doesn't tell you how much it is. I already skeptical about this app but I need something to help me track my sales, inventory and tax relevant info. I manually do these things now with Excel so if anyone has any suggestions for me I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

@superior_collectibles  Try your question on the selling board.    There you can get more than just one ( or maybe two responses) plus we mainly deal with buying and selling problems on this board.
