It depends what you mean by "my minimum that I'm asking". If you set a "Minimum offer" on the listing form in the "Allow offers" section, any offer below that will be automatically immediately rejected (and will count towards the maximum number of offers--5 for most categories--that the buyer can make on that listing) you will not be notified (to the best of my knowledge, and even if you were there's nothing for you to do about it.
