4 business days after you filed the Return Request, go to your Purchase History, find the item, click on "See request details" and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

Thanks but i did that - just leads to another dead end.

Never had this happen. Seller had note in package said to mark

" i just didnt like it " on return form if i wanted to return .  First time i ever did that, wonder if there is a connection.

"Didn't like it" is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so the seller does not have to approve the return request.

You can give the item away or resell it.

I was afraid it might be something like that.

The note from seller said it would speed up the process and a return label would be issued .  I had my concerns but followed directions.

I got no where with ebay.   Thank you so much for your help.
