I have a order and it says delivered, but I never got the item. From searching the internet it seams like the first step is to contact the USPS. I did that today but had a problem. The item I ordered was a baseball card. Small packages like that have an ebay delivery service number. Now even though the USPS delivers them, they don't use the same tracking number in their system. The person I talked to said I need to get the package number from ebay that is for the USPS. He said ebay numbers usually start with a 9, and looking through my orders they usually do. But things that use that ebay delivery service numbers don't. Long story short, I need to find out what the actual USPS number is to have any chance finding my package. Thanks.
