My customer is returning an order, how do I send a return label to the customer?

The customer did a return for something I sold to them, they got the refund, but, they want me to send a return label, how do I do that?

You cannot provide the return shipping label through Ebay if the buyer has already been refunded. 

Who refunded the buyer?

Normally, sellers do not issue refunds until after they have received the returned item.
