When I try to log in ( with my saved password ) I'm asked to confirm my identity with either a text to my phone, or an email. Neither the texts or the eMails arrive, and when I try to make contact with help...I'm being told I hav to log in...which I can't do.

Appreciate any advice on this.

This is ebay.com, the USA site. Your registration shows you are located in Ireland, although registered on ebay.com. That might be why you are not receiving any text messages, but I would think you should receive the email messages.

Not sure why this is happening, but emails are eventually getting through, but not in time to put the code in...

It could be the case that the texts aren't getting through because they aren't using the international access code, but how can I access my account to do this?

Is there any way I can contact eBay directly?
