List view missing

The icon to change the view settings is missing from Ebay yet again.  Is this what people are refferring to as the view counter?  Ebay seems to insit on looking like Amazon, however Amazon offers the same free shippiing as most  ebay items come with, but shipping times from Amazon are ten times faster than ebay, so it perplexes me as to why Ebay is trying to clone themselves after something they could never live up to.  They don't have the resources, and definetely don't have the computer programmers, from the web page problems I have seen over the past couple years.
