Language settings

Hong Kong has 3 legal languages. The site defaults to Hong Kong because i live here, however i want my emails and notifications in English. Is there a setting that i cant find that will stop everything from coming in in traditional Chinese?

I don't know if you can specify Language, but I would go and here:

Maybe change the ebay.com to ebay.hk
