Language change

I wanted to know if there is a method to change the language of my ebay account without having to change the region. My problem is that I live in switzerland so my account is fixed for this region. However, by doing so, I still get confirmation or warning emails in German, but I don't speak German. Is there a way I can change the language to English or French?

No.  The language is specific to the region.

Yeah I know, but Switzerland has 3 different languages. It is really strange that in my home country I can't understand the automatic standard emails they are sending me.

eBay doesn't trnslate text in listings.  You can copy text from a listing (or a message from the seller), open the "translate Google" site, paste the text in the left box and  if necessary, change the selected language for the original message and/or set the language inthe  right hand box to 'English' if necessary.

I use Chrome browser on a Windows 10 computer.  When a person posts here in a foreign language, I can right click on the text, and select to TRANSLATE the message.  You might try that.
