@cryjoh-2097 NO. You MUST control ALL of the shipping and only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you do not ship to the address provided at checkout with tracking that you control then your buyer can say it never arrived and you'd have to issue a refund.
You can offer to ship the item a different way and if costs less refund the buyer the difference.
I am guessing this is for the camping toilet, since it's a large box it does cost more to ship.
I would check UPS rates on Pirateship.com. Make sure that your weight and package size are correct. Round up to the next full inch and next full ounce.
Do not use Fed Ex from eBay as the price may look low now but Fed Ex is known for adding surcharges and billing you later.
