Label Issues

Hello,

I have never struggled with printing labels off Ebay. However, I am sending out a large usps flat rate priority mail box, which is around 20 dollars per label. Now the label is printing off weird... like not just missing ink. Actually messing up the format. I guessed it was that label, so I voided that one and created another. Same issue. I voided them both, but now I am left with no label and a customer that would like their item.

PS: Printed a label off another platform and it was fine, so I know it's not my thermal printer.

What do I do?

There are many of us that have this same issue.  We have been waiting for a fix for about 3 weeks or more now.  It is annoying at best.  But the additional time for doing my shipping is a real issue.

Let's see if we can get an update on this.

You helped us get this problem reported.  It shows on the Ongoing technical list as of July 25th.  The problem is actually older than that, by at least a week or more.

Is there any update on this as there has been no notes posted on the Ongoing Tech list.  Or is there a way to push harder on this problem as it is a real problem for some of us.
