I sold an item (part) that was exactly as described, new in the box, but the buyer is stating that it does not fit his product. Most likely the buyer is confused about the actual model number of the product he has. He wants to return it, stating that it does not fit and ebay defaults to a no-fault of the buyer return. I do not accept returns. I also do not feel that I should be responsible for paying shipping both ways when the buyer is at fault. How do I resolve this with ebay so I am not out the shipping fees? Thanks, John

If buyer selected "doesn't fit", buyer pays for the return, and you are not obligated to accept the return.
If buyer selected "item not as described", the seller pays for the return. If you want the item back approve the return, otherwise, your "no returns" means ebay will refund without requiring a return.
