Buyer paid for an item and requested an invoice for the additional shipping costs. How can I do this? I see no options for sending an invoice after payment. Thank you.

Did buyer ask for a service not in the listing?  That's the only time buyer it obligated to pay more.  In that case as for the buyer's email address and send them a PayPal invoice.

Yes, the buyer asked for expedited shipping. I just canceled and he bought again with the adjusted cost.
