Internal Application Error when Selecting Calculated Shipping in the Shipping Policies

Hi everyone, just got off the phone with support. It was not encouraging to say the least.

I've been struggling with this issue since last night, and I believe eBay's database back end may have crashed.

I have tested the operation on two different browsers, none of which have any blockers active; and over the course of 24 hours. The issue is present on both my accounts, and does not reset itself when logging all the way out and back in again. Clearing the cache does not help either.

Flat rate Shipping policies can be created, if a single service is selected.

For the calculated rate, an extra international rate box appears, one inside the US shipping block. It is identical to the box inside the international options. When choosing the calculated Shipping, if the International Shipping is set to either No International Shipping or to Calculated, the database throws the error: Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields, Please select an international shipping service for the specified shipping type.

When setting the international option to flat rate, it throws the error Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields, Internal Application Error

It does not appear to make a difference if the shipping is free or not, or if you apply any excluded locations.

I'm stuck. I cannot list--and cannot provide Shipping info.

I  do have ShippingEasy attached. Could it be creating this issue? Would love to get the take from eBay upper level tech support, or one of you members that are programmers and have been around eBay for awhile.

Thank you so much.
