Important I didn’t receive my item where is my item I check on tracking number there is on the way

 Where is my product I am waiting long time  every day I check tracking number that is on the way on the way but I didn’t receive yet I give my whole information my address email ID and my phone number also why driver not contact with me I’m not listening any thing I need my product because my son is autistic he needs same pattern cloth that’s why I am ordering that product I hope you understand  send me my product soon as possible .

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

 

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

  •     Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
  •     Click the box beside I want a refund.
  •     Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

  •     Find the item in your Purchase History
  •     Select See request details
  •     Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
