I need help!

I am not getting any help from ebay, this going to be long so please bare with me. I mailed off a $950 item on the 13th of September to a person in Tualatin, Oregon. It arrived on the 15th of September, they immediately opened a return because they say they ordered the wrong item. I checked on the item a few times over the last week and it said still waiting for the buyer to return item. Then I wake up this morning and it had been escalated and that they have found in the buyers favor. It still says that the buyer has not sent the item back. I called ebay and the lady says she has put in an appeal.  I go back a little while later and it shows that the buyer has given a tracking number and it show it was returned to me.  So I call ebay again, I am told yes it shows returned and she gives me the tracking number. So I call the post office and they look up the tracking number, she tells me the tracking number shows it was delivered to 1945 2nd st ne trailer #28, this is not my address, I have a p.o. box and it was shipped from Parker Colorado (remember I shipped to Oregon). They also told me it was 1 pound and shipped in flat rate envelope which is only 12 1/2'. The item I shipped was 16" and weighed 4 pounds. The buyer also did not use the label that was provided to them by ebay.  All 3 phone calls to ebay today were not productive, I asked to talk to someone from appeals and they told me they couldn't. The people that I was talking to did not understand what I was trying to tell them.  Can someone give me a telephone number that I can call to someone that can help me.  Even if you take away the addresses being mixed up there is no way the timeline makes sense. I shipped from Montana on the 13th it was received in Oregon the 15th and mail from Colorado back to me on the 15th with me supposedly receiving it on the 17th. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@gogrizzzzz

Go to your PO and see if you get can that information in a letter, then use the letter to appeal the case.

Don't bother calling CS, they are pretty much worthless.

Contact Ebay on their FaceBook page and you'll get real Ebay employees.

Have a great day.

So the third phone call must have worked, they reversed the  original appeal and gave me the $950.00. But all of this leads me to one more question, how did the buyer end up getting a tracking number for the little town I live in in Montana. It was a item that come Colorado. I talked to a post office employee friend of mine and he said he did not believe the post office had been hacked but the only thing he could think of was that he either worked at a post office or knew someone who does. Its getting kind of scary selling on ebay with the scammers getting smarter and smarter.
