I am trying to contact the seller of an item that I purchased because I didnt get what was displayed. I ordered it through a guest account and since then I made a real account with that email. I tried to log in to the guest account with my email and access code and I can't. Everytime I attempt it says "Your email or access code is incorrect. If you have registered, please sign in.". However when I do log in with my new account then I can't access the order so I can't get my money back. I have been trying to gain access for the past hour so please help.
