How to keep eBay from changing search keywords

I don't understand what eBay is doing with autocorrecting search keywords. As an example, if I search for Matty Beniers rc, it changes to Matty Benier. Then if I try to change the filter to newly listed to save a search, it changes to Matty Bender evertime. Finally if I try and use quotes, I will only get 1 result when there are many. I don't understand what eBay is doing, let us search on what we want.

How to keep eBay from changing search keywords

Instead of putting quotes around all your keywords, try putting quotes around an individual keyword -- it does not matter which one. That should force eBay to find only exact matches for all your keywords. It will also prevent automatic category navigation, so you may have to manually choose your category.

Alternatively, you start with your original search and when eBay changes the keyword, use the link at the top of the results to return to the original search you chose instead of the alternative.

If you are using a bookmarked or saved search, unsave the "corrected" search, follow the link to the original "uncorrected" search and bookmark or save that search.
