How to change a payment method after order is placed

How do I change a payment method after order is placed?

Ok here is the prob. in the past 2 weeks I have found 3 scammers 

Ebay is refunding the money but, in the meantime, it has my 1 card locked up

now there is an item there I need to get paid. How can I switch the payment on that item?

After the order is paid for, you can't change the payment source.

under most cases this would be true. but not this case.

Problem was resolved by calling eBay, and talking to a live rep.
