I'm not sure either, but let me look.

They don't really have a direct review section for eBay themselves, however you could use this as a way to find a place to provide your feedback about your experience:

I know Twitter (X) is often used as a place for this sort of thing.  But eBay themselves don't have much in that sense.

What false advertisement are you referring to if I may ask?
