How do I find old items purchased by the using the item number

Hello! An elderly friend of mine has asked me to sell some of his items which most of them were purchased on eBay from 2012 until recently. He has a log of all the item numbers along with the seller’s name and winning bids. How do I look up those items? Being able to see the items and the description would be very beneficial for me to be able to resell them. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You won't find anything older than about 90 days.

Terapeak has some info going back three years, but you cannot search by item number that way.

If you have access to your friend's eBay account, you can look up recent purchase history or feedback to see item titles, at least.

Or your friend could request a report of purchases dating back, and you could cross reference your list to look up item titles that way.

Just to add to my previous post...

@eburtonlab's advice can help you get item titles and pricing at least, but no item descriptions or photos (which is what I was focused on when I mentioned the 90 window to see old listings).
