How do I cancel a return request

The seller offered me a refund on my item I requested a return on and they said I didn't need to return it. So how do I cancel my return request?

Do not cancel the return until you have your refund.  The seller can go to your return and select ‘refund buyer now’. That gives you your refund plus closes out the return.

If the seller is asking you to close the return, he may be trying to trick you - once closed you can not open another return.

When and if the seller refunds you, that will cancel the return. If you cancel the return then the seller is off the hook .
