How do I add the warranty on an item?. It was offered, but did not show up

Item had a 1 year warranty offered on it, but when I offered to the seller, she accepted and it did not show.

Unfortunately the warranty option is not available when you make an offer. It may still be possible according to the FAQ section of the page below.
