hi, I bought an item through global ebay(Under ebay india) on 15 oct. It is a costly item and I haven't received it yet. According to ebay i should have get the refund within 3 days after the delivery time is over. I failed to get the response from the reseller (iccworld.inc) for global easy buy and ebay india is delaying taking any action about the refund. I am a regular customer of ebay and global easy buy india. Please help me regarding the issue. I bought the item through my ebay.in account. - Rupam
