Hello I received email limitations on my account!!! I checked it!! had 4 cancellations in 1 year was out of stock!!! I have no idea that I can’t cancelled!!!! I didn’t know that’s big problem ( but now I know) I refund the money for buyers off cours! I have no open cases!! Please can you tell me how to go back on track !!

eBay looks at defect percentages and the only way to lower the percentage is to sell more items successfully.  Unfortunately when you have a limitation on the account because of the defect percentage it will take longer to reduce the percentage.  The defects stay on your account for a full year so you may have to just sell within your limits until the defects expire.
