I need help whit some item that said arrive, and never did, also never get my money back , due eBay system said item arrive , so please help me

If tracking shows the item was delivered, you need to ask the carrier to tell you exactly where it was delivered. If it was not to your address, come back and let us know. If it was to your address, maybe someone you know has it? Maybe it was stolen?
