Help with a missing delivery

So I’m a seller….. I sent the item and tracking says it was delivered to the right address…. But the buyer says the item was not at the mail box…. Now they are asking for a refund…. What can I do???

Did they open a case of item not received?  If so, enter the tracking number into the case, even if you purchased the label from eBay.  If it shows delivered, it should close in your favor.  Let the buyer know that  USPS/UPS/FedEx all deliver with GPS.  They need to go to the shipper and ask to see exactly where and when it was delivered.  Buyers are required to provide a safe delivery place.  If stolen, they should file a police report.  You do not have to refund if you can prove delivery.
