I have tried numerous times to resolve an issue with an item that I haven't received. I opened a seller request for refund, but closed the case after not hearing back from the seller. I received a false tracking number that was shipped to a state that is not even close to my address. Now I can't open a ticket to report all these issues. I am still out of the 62.00 dollars that I spent to not receive anything. I need help but this system is seriously damaged with how you open tickets or get help.

Next time: don't close a request, but ask eBay to step in. You can do that 3 business days after requesting a refund.

For now, maybe you paid with Paypal. File a dispute there.

Escalate if the seller doesn't respond properly. Which means asking PP to help you. After a week or so.
