Help! Account Restricted

Yesterday, I received a Message saying that my account had been restricted. The following instructions were included in the message:

"To help us remove the restriction on your account, you’ll need to:
- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold. 
More specific details are provided below.

Once you complete these requirements, reply to this email, and we’ll review your account. We may ask you to provide additional information during our review. "

The parcel has been shipped and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. The label was purchased within eBay so the tracking information has been included. Once the item arrives, I'll be able to see that it's been delivered but my question is how do I provide proof of delivery by using the text box associated with the Message. It doesn't appear that I can attach attachments. Of course, I cannot reach anyone at Cust Service to determine why this action was taken and the steps needed for resolution.

@kop397   eBay is most likely going to want receipts for proof of ownership of the items you sold too since they are expensive.

Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page.   Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.  After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
