HS Tariff Code

I sold a purse to a buyer who lives in Guam. When I go to print the shipping label, it wants me to put in an HS tariff code because it thinks it's international. I don't have the code for the purse. I went to the post office, and they said it is not international to ship from Ohio to Guam, and that it shouldn't need an International form filled out. I don't know what to do to get the purchase label to print

Although Guam is a US protectorate using domestic mail, they do require a customs declaration on packages.
