Hello! For some reason, I am having a hard time figuring out how to add the Global Shipping Program to my account/items (ship to domestic hub to be shipped internationally by ebay...) It seems like I should be eligible, but I can't find where to enroll or add the service. ANY assistance/guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The GSP is gone and has been replaced with the Ebay International Shipping Program. Opt in at the top of the page here:

Thank you for your reply! for some reason I was just notified that I had a reply like yesterday... Anyway, I have seen that page, but don't see where to add the Ebay International Shipping Program? In general, what is the benefit of the program? Does it only save the seller money, or does the buyer also pay less? I thought I had Ebay International Shipping on my listing(s) but the cheapest shipping is still about $20...? I'm just finding it hard to figure out/understand; Does the buyer still pay the $20, but the seller pays less because it's shipped to a domestic hub...? or is it an overall lower shipping cost (for buyer and seller?) Thank you so much!

Ebay's ISP adds a bit more protection for the seller, but costs the buyer more.
Seller only ships to the USA hub. Seller puts whatever charge they want in the listing for this, then ebay adds that to the international charge, the total of which the buyer sees when viewing the listing and pays when purchasing.
Enable the ISP option in your Shipping Preference. Then on each listing in the shipping section add it as one of the shipping options.
