My buyer hasn't received my product. Tracking shows that a "card" was left but buyer doesn't know anything about this card. Nor does she know which shipping program has the package in her country. I know nothing about that country other than what I see in the tracking. She needs help. I assume the Global Shipping Program would be the office to help her solve this shipping problem??? Does anyone have a phone number I can give the buyer to help her?
