Global Shipping Program Help

I recently had a customer ask if I would sell an item to them and ship it internationally.  I thought this would be a great time to try our hand with the Global Shipping Program.   I checked all the details for enrollment, and I found that I am eligible and enrolled.  Unfortunately, when I revise the item to use the Global Shipping Program, it does not show the item as eligible for international shipping.  I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Here is the listing.

Maybe you didn't give it enough time to update - I see international shipping to lots of countries.

With everything I read, there was no mention of a time restriction.   I will wait and see what happens.

Changes always take a little time to register.  But I will say now I only see it active on the power cords, and that items shows a revision to the shipping today.

When you enrolled in the GSP, did you click apply to active?

Thank you for taking the time to look!  I really appreciate it.  I checked out the link that you posted.  There is nothing to select for applying to an active listing.

When you click edit by GSP, there should be a popup asking if you want to apply it to current listings.

I found a good video that shows you how to add gsp to existing listings, if the start point above doesn't help.

If you go to the 2 minute point in the video, it shows you how to use bulk edit to revise your active items.

I chatted with the eBay customer service people but didn't get anywhere.  I also messaged the customer that inquired and asked if she could see the International Shipping option.  She said she couldn't and to message her when I got it figured out.  Unfortunately, it's not looking too good at this point.

OK, I think you would have to opt out, then use the link I sent to start from scratch.  I am opted out right now, so that is why I got the screen with apply to current.  So that is one way to get there.

The other is to use bulk edit to add it to your existing listings - see the video in the link I sent below for a guide on how to get there.
