Gift card from cvs

I bought 2 eBay gift cards from cvs and the last 4 numbers came off and I scrapped it off slowly but it still came off so essliy u don’t know what to do and they won’t let me return it either….

@frehem-13  only the store u bought it from can refund u, but u have to prove u did not already use them

not saying u did this, but there are a lot of scams out there where the buyer says what u said after already using the card, so stores stopped refunding for the reason u gave
