Getting scammed?

I totally feel like the buyer is scamming me. I sold him a nice brand name watch that I had looked at by an expert prior to listing. . . Now he says it’s a fake. Sent me blurry pictures and is trying to coerce me with positive feedback to just refund the money because it’s going to cost me so much to do the return shipping from Kuwait to the US. What really can I do!?

Getting scammed?

Instruct the buyer to open a return and tell him you will be happy to refund when the watch you sent him arrives back in the same condition it was received.

If he opens the case, you 'll have to accept the return, hold your nose and pay the return shipping, then refund when it comes back.

If he opens a return and you don't accept it, eBay will refund his money from your account and he can keep the watch.

If he returns something besides the watch you sent him, you can report him to eBay. It won't get your money back, but it will get the report on his record.
