What do you have to do to get paid when your buyer pays for an item verses having to wait to be paid when the item is delivered?

Payments for new sellers are held at least until delivery, if not longer depending on the item.

There aren't any published rules, but in the past, 90 days of selling with no problems has been the benchmark for no more or reduced holds.
