Is anyone else finding it difficult lately to actually get live support through the eBay site, I’m having issues with a buyer that’s being unruly and downright rude and mean to me and wanting to speak with a live agent because the automated system doesn’t understand what I need, is there another way that somebody can get live support in eBay, or are we just now stuck to fend for ourselves

If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.

I'm not sure that that eBay's CS agents are equipped to deal with rudeness and meanness ... but rather more with the underlying problem you and buyer are communicating about.
I invite you to describe the problem HERE ... and we can tell you best way to get it resolved. It's usually best to ignore someone who is being mean/rude to us ... and deal directly with the problem.

That is what I go to, unfortunately it only gives the option to email a rep. But I never get a reply. I’m on my last nerve and tired of having issues with a platform that isn’t willing to help!
