Generating Detailed Transaction Report

I am trying to generate a detailed transaction report for the whole 2020 to do my taxes and sales tax. I am on Managed payments since 2019 and I was able to to that for last year. Now I am trying to generate the report  form the Seller Hub-> Payment tab -> Reports -> Transaction Reports with a filter for dates 01.01.2020-12.31.2020. All I am getting is an empty csv file with a text error inside the file saying "401 Unauthorized: Temp URL invalid"

Even if I generate it for a shorter period, for example just for December 2020 the result is the same.

Any help is appreciated. 

I tried to contact the eBay support but the option to have them call me is inactive.
