Is it possible to resell game codes/keys,activation codes and DLCs that I buy myself? I'm 16 and I'm new to selling my parents don't want me doing it unless I know

You must be 18 to have an eBay account even to buy.  You can not sell for a few more years.

You parents can sell, you can not.  If they let you use their account, they are violating policy.  I can’t help you do that.

If you do so, your parents will lose their account.  We are not going to tell you to break the rules.  Digitally delivered items are not allowed to be sold anyway.  Don't ruin their account over this.

Some digital items, like in game purchases, can be sold here, but both you and your parents could be banned from eBay if you use their account.
